How do I implement an online order?

Before implementing an order, you need to create a personal account  clicking on Create New Account.

A registration form to be filled in will appear. Besides, the informative report on  the treatment of your personal information  will appear, to which you have to agree to enter into your online order service. Once you have entered your data, from the Home Page click onto Online Immediate Quote, you choose the product with a click and you enter the number of copies, the format, and the  desired printing material and, in case, also the chosen finishings.

Continuing on "Convert into Order", a new window will open where to enter the file in "Enter a File".  So, press the  "Add" button to add files to the list or press the "Continue" button to start the upload.

If you haven't selected a document to connect to the order, you can continue sending the files to be printed together with the Order Code assigned at the payment time to:

Otherwise, you can also continue without attaching any file, by clicking on the entry "Yes". At this point we ask you if you wish to add the order to the basket: clicking on "Yes" your order will be successfully entered and you will be able to start the purchase  and payment procedure, otherwise you go back  to the previous page.

To check at any time the content of the Basket click on the link "Basket" in the top left hand of the screen and you will see the details of the current order with the list of the products that you mean to buy.  In case, you can also delete the undesired products from the list and check the total amount of the order.

Why do I have to create an account?

The creation of an account is necessary in order to make online quotes and to take advantage of discounts and of special offers/promotions. Besides, you will be able to check your orders' status, to print your quotes and, in case, to change your data and lots more in the banners, in the left-hand side of the screen. The compilation of the format is free, unbinding and it takes less than a minute.

What's the company policy on privacy?

ATENA.NET acts according to laws in force. Therefore, no one datum resulting from the web service is communicated or spread. Personal data provided by customers that forward requests for printed matter to be sent, are only used with the purpose to carry out the requested service or performance, personal data are communicated to a third party (for instance to the reliable express Courrier or to the amministration staff) in the sole case this was necessary in order to execute the order in the shortest period of time as possible.

How will the delivery of my requested material happen and how long will it take?

ATENA.NET delivers your printed matter directly at your address through reliable express courier beginning from 24 hours after the reception of the files.

For orders exceeding € 500,00 the delivery is free!

How do I enter my account?

Can I archive the files and orders of my products?

Of course you can! Within your personal Account you can find some files (for instance Orders Archive and Saved Files). In the Basket instead, you find orders which are still pending that you can arrange with the completion of the payment due, or delete.

Which format must I send my files in?

Upload your file in Pdf generated by Acrobat Distiller 4, 5, 6 or 7 with the "for the pre-print" modality activated and check the preview directly on your screen.

Can I make an order and successively upload the file?

Of course you can! After converting your quote into an order, a summary page will appear, where you can enter the file to be printed. Or you can continue, sending the files to be printed together with the order code which is assigned to you at the payment moment at:

Otherwise, once you have logged in into your account, you can add the product to be printed in Basket and send later on the file in PDF.

Can I make multiple orders?
Yes, you can order different products and receive them all at once. You just need to enter the single orders in Basket, where you will find the characteristics of each product to be printed; you will have to continue then by paying outright. Acting this way you will pay the transport charges only once. Besides, if the total amount exceeds € 500,00 there will be no transport charges.
