Se si richiede di cancellare dal database le informazioni sull'Account, ATENA.NET può comunque conservare i dati relativi a una determinata transazione di vendita per poter portare a termine la transazione stessa e memorizzare i dati. Tali informazioni non contengono i dati della carta di credito. A causa dei calendari di produzione ed invio delle e-mail, è possibile che si ricevano delle e-mail che erano già in processo di invio.
